What does "Hundred Dollar Lane" mean?

If you hear a truck driver say "Hundred Dollar Lane" on their CB radio, it's just another way to say "The far left lane." Sometimes referred to as the "High Dollar Lane." Because in some areas, trucks are prohibited from driving in this lane.
